Hi, I'm Brigid Barrett— founder and CEO of The Peptide Fairy.
Before building TPF, I spent years working as a mental health therapist, helping people understand what was happening beneath the surface. Eventually, I found myself asking those same questions about my own health.
Why was I exhausted? Why did my metabolism feel different? Why did I no longer feel at home in my own body—and why did every answer seem to be another temporary fix?
Discovering peptide therapy, metabolic care, and personalized wellness changed the way I understood health. I realized that our bodies are not broken. Sometimes, they simply need the right information, support, and signals to begin functioning the way they were designed to.
I created The Peptide Fairy for the woman I used to be: the woman who knew something was off but felt dismissed, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.
TPF was built to make personalized wellness feel approachable, elevated, and human. We connect clients with licensed medical providers who take the time to look beyond a single symptom and create treatment plans based on the individual—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

What is The Peptide Fairy?
The Peptide Fairy is a modern telehealth platform focused on personalized wellness, longevity, metabolic health, and peptide-based treatment support. We connect eligible patients with licensed U.S. medical providers who review your health history and determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If prescribed, medications may be fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy partner and shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging. Our goal is to make access to high-quality wellness care simple, educational, and personalized, without the long waits and limitations of traditional healthcare settings.
What is the process like?
Complete a secure medical intake and identity verification. A licensed provider will review your information and, when required by applicable law or clinical judgment, conduct a live video consultation. A questionnaire alone does not guarantee approval or a prescription. If the provider determines treatment is appropriate and issues a valid prescription, the pharmacy will fulfill and ship it directly to your door. You'll receive tracking information after shipment.
Is it legal to prescribe medication online?
Yes. Telehealth prescribing is legal in the United States when conducted in accordance with state and federal regulations. All providers within our network are licensed in the state where the patient is physically located during their consultation. Depending on your state and treatment plan, additional requirements such as a live video consultation, lab work, or follow-up review may be required before medication can be prescribed.
